We are Systematix, and we are currently looking for an OpenText Developer and Support Analyst for our client, a major provincial utility organization.
ABOUT THE PROJECT :
Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization that relies on OpenText enterprise content management solutions to support core business operations, records management, and regulatory compliance.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Configure, customize, and support OpenText enterprise content management applications
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations within OpenText
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support, including incident and problem resolution
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues
- Support OpenText upgrades, patches, and environment changes
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Work closely with infrastructure, database, and integration teams
- Produce technical documentation, support procedures, and system documentation
- Ensure solutions align with security, records management, and compliance requirements
- Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation activities
REQUIREMENTS : Must-have :
5+ years of experience working with OpenText enterprise content management solutionsStrong experience with OpenText development, configuration, and application supportExperience supporting enterprise production applicationsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience producing technical and operational documentationExperience working in structured or regulated environmentsAbility to work onsite or remote aligned to Regina, SaskatchewanNice-to-have :
Experience with OpenText Content Server and workflow developmentExperience integrating OpenText with other enterprise systemsExperience in utilities, Crown corporations, or public-sector environmentsFamiliarity with ITIL-based support processesExperience supporting records management or compliance initiativesABOUT THE ROLE :
Location : Onsite or Remote (Flexible) – Regina, Saskatchewan

Work Hours : Standard business hours (37.5 hours / week)
PAY DISCLOSURE :
Intermediate (6 – 9 years) : $80–100 / hrSenior (10+ years) : $100–120 / hrCompensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and market conditions.
