Job descriptionVarious locations Heavy water and atomic energy plant Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation Operate heavy equipment Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Measure distance, volume, length and weight Understand the purpose, proper use and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS) Complete onboard and other logs Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment Prepare accident reports Perform minor repairs to equipment Operate hydraulic pumping systems Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Backhoe excavator, loader Bulldozer, large or small Loader Concrete spreader Concrete pumping equipment Roller Front end loader Boring machines Excavation Land clearing Tunnelling Willing to travel Valid driver's licence Travel expenses paid by employer Physically demanding Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Dental plan Health care plan As per collective agreement
