Manufacturing Engineer

One of our clients in manufacturing industry is actively looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their plant in Oshawa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive Industry experience will be great asset.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for parts and tooling design.
• Experience in machinery troubleshooting and improvement with increasing quality and reducing cycle times and cost.
• Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic power systems design.
• Experience in stress analysis, kinematics design, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance calculations.
• Strong understanding lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and vision systems.
• Experience in Injection mold process experience.
• Experience in Fanuc robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Vision system programming and troubleshooting is an asset
