As an advisor in the Digital Workplace team, you will join a dynamic and innovative group that leverages their thought leadership to create an engaging and intuitive work environment, boosting workforce digital dexterity in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Our team is built on three foundations : Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Power Platform & SharePoint Online. Our mission is to empower PSP employees to enhance their digital dexterity and securely access enterprise services, knowledge assets, and collaborative channels anywhere, anytime with contextual relevance.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Digital Workplace , you’ll :
Lead as the principal subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 apps (including Copilot), Power Platform, Azure AI Studio, and other collaborative, automation, and productivity technologies
Collaborate with Value Streams and Business Groups to support the strategic vision and deliver their needs using our technology stack
Promote the use of Generative AI and other emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Simplify our technology and operations through integration, standardization, and automation
Provide guidance and support in defining and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
Evaluate opportunities to meet constantly evolving demands for efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct opportunity analysis with partners and contribute to transversal recommendations within your scope
Manage daily operational tasks and ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise vision
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft and AI technologies
Identify, anticipate, and address organizational and operational issues
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
Demonstrate a strong curiosity in exploring and innovating with Microsoft 365 apps (including Copilot), Azure AI Studio, and other collaborative and productivity technologies
Possess strong problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational and operational challenges.
Have competencies in liaising, guiding, and supporting the definition and implementation of solutions with business and technology partners
Be able to influence, engage, and build positive relationships with stakeholders
Have a strong ability to manage different stakeholder perspectives and resistance to change
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have a strong team spirit
Bilingualism : English and French ()
