The Role

The Senior DevOps Specialist is a core member of every project team and plays a critical role in the software development life cycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Design CI / CD pipelines and related automations and integrations.
• Lead a team of DevOps experts through coordination of work and assignment of tasks.
• Write and / or ensure pipeline requirements are ready for development by the DevOps Team.
• Collaborate with project teams to conceptualize, develop, test, and release software.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement CI / CD pipelines.
• Support Software Quality Engineering to enable automated testing of software.
• Support Software Quality Engineering to integrate automated testing with CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with IT and Cloud Architecture to implement Infrastructure as Code for automation.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security to implement software security policies to prevent breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Support IT by contributing to the design and implementation of deployment and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in DevOps implementation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Benefits and Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
