About the Opportunity Reporting to the Coordinator, the Manager is responsible for ensuring person-centered services for people supported so that they may reach their potential with equal opportunity and fully participate in the community around them. As a Manager, you would :

• Provide effective leadership within a fast-paced environment
• Ensure a high level of individual and team performance
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and initiatives
• Have daily responsibility for staff scheduling and documentation
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery
• Ensure a commitment to the vision, mission and values of enVision Qualifications
• A minimum of two years supervisory / management experience is preferred, with experience and education / training in the Disability sector considered an asset
• Strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in resolving issues
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop / laptop computers or other devices Additional Requirements
• Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle required.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Criminal record check with Clear Vulnerable Sector check (current within last 3 months).
• Clear Child and Adult abuse registry check (current within last 3 months). Additional Information
• Hours of Work : 80 hours bi-weekly (Between 28 to 30 hours of Admin, and the remaining hours as Direct Support Professional); Monday-Friday. Has to be on call after work hours from Monday to Sunday at least one week per month. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
