Develop algorithms to address unique challenges in language translation or related multilingual-NLP initiatives. -Stay informed about the latest developments in machine learning, neural networks, and NLP to ensure the integration of cutting-edge techniques.

Required Skills : Machine Learning Expertise : Strong background and experience in machine learning, with a focus on neural networks and deep learning.

Neural Machine Translation (NMT) : Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing NMT models for language translation tasks.

Algorithm Development : Ability to conceptualize and implement algorithms from scratch to address specific challenges in language processing (NLP).

Programming Skills : Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of software engineering principles. Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch / TensorFlow and Flask is essential.

Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication : Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to other members of the team.
