TIG/MIG Welder
Paron Career Staffing is seeking candidates for the Welder / Fabricator position to start immediately in North York, ON area.

Job Title : TIG / MIG Welder

Responsibilities :
- Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to Client flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Qualification :
- Knowledge or expertise in Mig / Tig welding
- Steel Fabrication experience is a must
- Analytical problem solver with an ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions.
- Experience with overhead cranes.
- An innovative approach to continuous improvements.
- Willingness and ability to learn and perform duties within / outside of the job description as required to accomplish the company's goals.
- A team player who firmly believes in the strengths of shareable.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
