About You :
You should have several years of experience managing complex custom home projects, with a strong ability to communicate clearly with clients, trades, and consultants. You’re proactive in planning, understand the nuances of project budgeting, and are confident leading teams through the day-to-day challenges that come with high-end residential construction and have past experience managing custom home builds.
Your Responsibilities :
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and work closely with the Site Supervisor to coordinate subtrades, vendors, consultants, and site personnel. You will be responsible for developing and managing the project schedule, ensuring timelines are met, and that all parties are properly informed of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
Clear communication will be key, as you’ll be expected to manage client expectations, address inquiries, and ensure timely updates are passed along to the Project Coordinator. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate project needs, and navigate evolving site conditions will be essential to keeping projects running smoothly and on budget.
This role requires someone who is both detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong understanding of custom residential construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer :
We offer a full-time, salaried position with a compensation range of $90,000.00 to $135,000.00, depending on experience. You'll join a values-driven team that treats people with respect and takes pride in doing the best quality work.
