Job Summary
This role would allow you to work closely with both the Business Intelligence team and business teams, support project coordination, help develop a story from the data points and assist in project implementation from change management perspective.

What will you do?
Data Analytics & Dashboarding :
Analyze data trends and metrics to support decision-making processes.
Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards to tell clear and compelling story that provides actionable insights for business leaders.
Assist in preparing reports / presentations to leadership summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analytics.
Project Coordination & Management :
Assist in coordinating projects between the technology team and the business team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Transformation and Change Management :
Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Assist in creating user guides, training materials and facilitating training sessions for end-users.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have :
Currently enrolled in a recognized undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning new skills.
Nice-to-have :
Previous experience in project management or business analysis.
Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
