Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Operations Supervisor overseeing the delivery of Income-Qualified energy conservation programs in Ontario.

We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, dedicated, and passionate about reducing energy consumption. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Operations Analysts and contractors on the Contractor Management Team.

As Operations Supervisor, you will also be tasked with the development and continuous improvement of processes aimed at ensuring smooth delivery of the programs to customers across Ontario.

Successful Candidates will be located in Ontario.

Oversee a team of Operations Analysts responsible for managing a wide network of contractors.

Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and mentorship to team.

Work closely with team manager to achieve savings targets by developing, executing and continuously improving work assignment and reporting operations.

Provide technical support to team and contractor network consisting of HVAC, insulation and appliance installers.

Liaise with other cross-functional teams to meet service-level agreements and client expectations.

Set up dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor team performance and progress towards targets.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

2-4 years in energy efficiency sector

0-2 years people management

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering strongly preferred

Knowledge of heat pump design and weatherization measures strongly preferred

Experience in managing and developing relationships with contractors strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, required

Experience with Power Query and PowerBI preferred

Experience in customer service

Experience in project or process management

A data-driven and highly detail-oriented work style

Compensation Range

$32.80 - $54.80
