General Purpose of the Position :
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team at Loro Piana. The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in the overall success of the business by managing all operational aspects of the store including shipment processing allocations, and distribution. You will partner with the store team and key retail leaders to ensure inventory needs and replenishments are aligned with company standards.

Compensation
Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $28 to $30 USD per hour.
