Project Lead Hardware Testing & Integration
Location : Las Vegas, NV (Remote with some onsite)
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000 per year

Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Lead Hardware Testing & Integration to manage the testing, validation, and integration of new hardware products.
This position involves coordinating both internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful project execution.
The role requires a strong technical background in managing large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee testing, validation, and integration of hardware products, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop project plans and timelines, managing resources effectively.
Mitigate risks and handle project challenges while ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
Ensure documentation and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of project management experience in technical fields, such as construction or hardware development.
Strong knowledge of testing, validation, and integration processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Physical Demands :
Occasional travel to project sites.
Some movement around labs and offices as needed.
