Towing and Storage Specialist

Position Details

What you will do :

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate towing and storage payouts on PD Claims while adhering to the established by-laws
• Manage a pending of Pay Into Court files, as they arise
• Act as liaison between Members, shops, tow operators, pounds, legal and salvage vendors to ensure TSU adherence
• Responsible for ensuring that all Total Loss vehicles are moved to salvage, ensuring plates / personals removed, as well as vehicle released
• Responsible for the repatriation of Stolen and Recovered vehicle processing either local or overseas
• Collaborate effectively with peers / other departments
• Remain up to date on industry trends and by laws
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager
