Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $24 to $27 based onexperience.
6monthcontract.
Fulltime : 40 hours perweek.
Flexible schedule : startingshifts between 8 : 00 am and 9 : 00am.
Hybrid work : 2 remote daysand 3 office days.

Responsibilities :
Respond to inquiries fromemployees.
Provide support to theAsk HR Contact Centre via email inboxes and phone requests relatedto the companys return to officeprogram.
Assist leaders withreporting requirements.
UseMicrosoft Excel daily to compilereports.
Generate reports on callvolume and call trends.
Completemiscellaneous administrativetasks.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
6 months to one year of previous work experience in a customerservice environment.
Demonstrating empathy and courteous professional listeningskills.
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Bilingualin English and French (spoken and written) anasset.
Capacity to comprehendcomplex oral and writteninstructions.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel.
Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities.
Exceptionalproblemsolving capabilities.
Attention to detail accuracy efficiency and the ability to managemultiplepriorities.
