Success is in the details and the core of whatyou do. As a Senior Project Manager, youare a scheduling guru keeping project goals, execution, people andcommunication always top of mind.

What YOU Will Do
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;
- Develop and drive the project planning and execution in conjunction with the project team ensuring that the contractual requirements are met and ensure client satisfaction;
- Demonstrate leadership and demand excellence in Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental management;
- Be a problem-solver;
- Initiate and promote innovative methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiency to ensure project excellence and productivity;
- Utilize your experience in trade partner selection and management;
- Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage and respect project budgets;
- Keep the lines of communication open regarding project status and updates;
- Be a proactive risk manager to ensure any associated project risk is minimized;
- Take part in pre-construction activities, including oversight of estimating and proposal development;
- Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members;
- Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.
What YOU Will Bring
- 8+ years’ experience in the Civil construction industry with diversified experience in large & complex infrastructure work such as bridges, large underground utilities, water & wastewater treatment plants, concrete work, deep foundations etc;
- University Degree / Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience;
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects whilst mentoring and developing up-coming Project Managers and Coordinators;
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues to bring the project to successful completion;
- Strong knowledge of construction and project methodologies, financial management, as well as building codes and associated legislation;
- Role model status for health and safety as well as quality;
- Good computer skills and previous experience with scheduling software;
- In depth knowledge of the BC market.

The expected salary range for this opportunityis $143,000 - $194,000. Please note that salaries may vary depending on thecandidate’s experience and geographical location.
Listed compensationis exclusive of bonus and in addition to our extensive employeebenefits program which is listed above.
