What you'll do :
As part of the Technical Service Department, the service technician is involved in the entire manufacturing cycle, from production in the workshop to the commissioning of the installations at the customer's site.
He ensures the conformity of the components during assembly, carries out the programming of the systems, ensures quality control, coordinates the commissioning and then accompanies the customer during the warranty period.
How you'll do it :
The main tasks of the Service Technician will be to :
Support engineering in the choice and validation of components during assembly,
Participate in the programming and optimization of machines,
Carry out an electrical and electronic control of the installations at the end of production,
Supervise start-up, maintenance or emergency intervention interventions at the customer's site,
Plan preventive maintenance and ensure the coordination of the necessary parts,
Resolve and respond to customer inquiries during the warranty period,
Write technical reports and propose system optimizations,
Collect, analyze and report trends observed during travel.
You comply with safety rules and guidelines, including those of the customer, during your on-site interventions.
What we're looking for :
With a technical background in refrigeration or refrigeration engineering, you have a successful experience of a minimum of 5 years ideally obtained in the field of CO2 refrigeration installation.
With real technical expertise, you are comfortable reading complex plans and electrical diagrams.
You are proficient in the Office Pack.
You are ready to travel within North America as well as work on a rotating schedule.
You have an excellent sense of oral written communication which will facilitate your exchanges with customers, design offices and partners.
