Job Summary

A&D Precision Machining Inc is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. You must have minimum of 7 plus years’ experience as a qualified millwright. Needs to be very familiar with Skoda, Fermat and Tacchi Machines with Siemens and Heidenhain controls.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and drawings to establish work procedures.
• Troubleshoot, observe, and diagnose mechanical equipment issues, implementing corrective measures.
• Analyze machine error messages and information from operators to identify and address equipment problems.
• Repair or replace defective or malfunctioning machinery and equipment components.
• Test newly repaired machinery and equipment to ensure repair effectiveness.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment for part removal, inspection, and repairs.
• Utilize machine tools (such as grinders, drill presses, and saws) to create parts needed for machinery overhaul, maintenance, or setup.
• Assemble machinery and equipment before installation using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Operate lift machines as necessary to complete job tasks.
