• Execute complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, electrical system diagnostics, and suspension work.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including parts used and hours worked on each vehicle.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, discussing options, and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and well-stocked inventory of automotive parts and supplies.
