An all-women Non-profit organization in Vancouver is looking for an empathetic, compassionate, and humble HR Manager who has experience in, and / or a passion for women and children's well-being.

You would need at least two years a Non-profit and / or unionized environment to qualify.

Here are some other essential criteria : respectful communication; active listening; leadership abilities; discretion.

What you'll be doing :

• Ensure collective agreement requirements are met, keeping up to date with collective bargaining and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
• Monitor OHS committee.
• Oversee recruitment efforts and develops recruitment and orientation strategies.
• Update and maintain other relevant policies and legislation.
