This position is a full time position with Saturday shifts as well as evening shifts.
Responsibilities of this role will include :
- Provide high levels of customer service, providing customers with parts and accessory information via Phone, E mail or In Person.
- Bill out parts and accessories accordingly to the customer.
- Help customers install accessories.
- Maintaining and Merchandising of the Boutique at BMW Toronto and ensuring that all displays are kept up to date.
- Maintain vehicle accessory displays with current products and claim for co-op funds from BMW Canada as necessary.
- Monitor the daily inventory.
- Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, One Eighty, Microsoft office is an asset.
