Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the current change management initiatives for the organization.
Key Deliverables
- Understands core business transformation that is required by the business, or business unit and translate that into vision, goals, and achievable results.
- Clearly articulates these into a clear charter of deliverables, work “packages” and breakdown, and schedule of deliverables. As many of the projects are focused on business transformations an understanding of organizational change and the change process is critical to the role.
- Liaises with business stakeholders to define work that would affect change in four quadrants – Systems, Behaviours, Mindsets and Culture. Beyond just defining a project plan scope, work, cost and schedule, guide the business in creating real change.
- Assist in identifying gaps in ability to deliver to stated goals.
- Assist with defining and documenting the project scope.
- Communicate and present final requirements to project team(s).
- Perform knowledge transfer to appropriate client stakeholders and staff.
- Provide weekly status updates in a consumable fashion for internal project stakeholders and for executives and board members.
- As a PMO team member, contributes in establishing best practices for a PMO.
