You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a smooth transition for public sector clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN SAAS PROJECT MANAGER :

Change Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the migration to our SAAS platform;

lead change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as a bridge between our development team and public sector clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of change impacts;

conduct stakeholder analysis and create tailored engagement plans.

Communication and Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives to articulate the benefits of the SAAS platform and address concerns about job security among public sector employees;

deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and written communications to convey positive aspects of the change.

Agile Collaboration : Work closely with agile development teams to synchronize change efforts with development timelines;

embrace agile methodologies to adapt strategies based on iterative feedback.

Training and Development : Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective training programs for employees transitioning to the new SAAS platform;

ensure resources and support systems are in place for continuous learning.

Resistance Management : I dentify and address resistance to change, utilizing data-driven insights to tailor interventions;

provide coaching and support to managers and employees navigating the change process.

Impact Assessment : Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of the SAAS platform on various roles and processes within the public sector organization;

develop and implement strategies to address identified impacts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN SAAS PROJECT MANAGER :

• Proven experience in change management leadership.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with agile development teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and impact assessment.
• Knowledge of training and development principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with PROSCI, ADKAR, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Flowable, and Linear Software is considered an asset.
