The Opportunity

Innovate and Lead - This is your chance to shape complex process engineering solutions that support meaningful industrial, manufacturing, and energy-transition projects across Ontario. Based in our Cambridge office, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts and help clients solve high-impact technical challenges.

Your Impact

• Lead process engineering deliverables across all project phases to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready systems.
• Develop process models, calculations, PFDs, P&IDs and specifications that drive major project decisions.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, automation, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, emissions reduction, decarbonization, and operational optimization.
• Engage directly with clients through design reviews, technical discussions, and solution development.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for process-engineering packages.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across all engineering activities and site engagements.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT : $135,200 - $179,100

MB & ON : $123,300 - $169,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC : $122,100 - $162,200
