The Role :
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual, who has a passion for healthcare, to be a core member of RWE delivery team.
The RWE Delivery Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality, life science sponsored, Real World Evidence studies and disseminating the findings.
In this role you will :
- Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, and execute local, national, and international projects from inception to final deliverable.
- Lead a wide range of study-related activities and deliverables that leverage your scientific and industry background including the preparation of study protocols, research ethics board submissions, data management plans and other study materials.
- Draft project deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts and presentations for journals and conferences
- Engage large life science companies and develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the initiation and execution of clinical projects.
- Support AI development by translating clinical requirements to ensure that the tasks correctly address the objectives of the models based on your scientific experience.
- Lead client engagements that deliver high quality results and meet the customer’s needs. This includes :
- Build and strengthen relationships with relevant stakeholders within our clients’ organizations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Ensure that projects leverage Pentavere’s AI capabilities and experience to address client needs with meaningful solutions.
- Work closely with the CMO and Head of Growth and Business Development to identify opportunities with clients to expand projects and explore and provide scientific rationale for patient identification opportunities.

You have :
- Experience working at a Clinical Research Organization, life science consulting company or pharmaceutical company.
- Minimum of a MSc in life sciences or >
5 years of relevant industry clinical research experience
- Strong technical and clinical research skills.
- Exceptional project management skills, including proven ability to prioritize work in response to multiple demands and meet project timelines.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have demonstrated ability to work well as a member of a team or independently.
- Understanding of common statistical analysis techniques and ability to support stakeholders frame clinical questions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to identify and engage clinician experts and thought leaders.
Past evidence of authorship of publications in medical journals a plus.
- A strong understanding of common medical terminology and ability to understand a range of complex diseases, disease mechanisms and clinical presentations.
- Familiarity with clinical research and research regulations and guidelines such as ICH GCP, FDA and Canadian regulations.
- This role requires a minimum of 40% in-person work from our office in downtown Toronto.
