Title : Parts and Service Representative

Work location : Kenworth Mirabel or St-Jérôme (18160 R. J.-A.-Bombardier, Mirabel, QC J7J 0H5, Canada ou 16 Rue John F. Kennedy, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Y 4B6, Canada)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8h/day

Salary: base salary 60K + commission

Summary of responsibilities:

• Promoting products and service offered to clients assigned in the Laurentians ;
• Maintaining constant liaison with customers and looking for new customers ;
• Transmitting customer orders to Parts Advisors and Service Writers ;
• Transmitting necessary information, supporting documents including documents relating to the returns of warranty parts and carcasses for possible credit purposes or other ;
• Assisting the Parts and Service Director in evaluating customers' purchasing potential and in developping promotions ;
• Collaborating with the Parts and Service Director as well as all concerned parties in other departments, relating to the market, customers, competition, etc.
• Sharing new customer information with the Credit department in opening and collection of clients accounts ;
• Supporting Parts Advisors and Service Writers in their duties, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in similar role ;
• Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules parts (asset) ;
• Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules mechanics (asset) ;
• Master French and English ;
  • Proficiency level: Intermediate speaking, reading and writing ;
  • Frequency: Weekly ;
  • Reason: Communicate with English-speaking clients, present services and conclude service agreements ;
• Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a personal automobile ;
• Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs.
