The Field Service Representative (FSR) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in Southwestern Ontario and will support a territory around that region including northern Ontario. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the Field Service Representative team and report to the Canada Central District manager, providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. The FSR uses critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation. FSRs also provide training to our customers, verify the operational performance of the instrumentation, and ensure data quality of systems to provide accurate results in the marketplace. This role supports a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to build a world-class service organization.
