Position Title Residence Worker

Classification : Residence Worker – Grid 10

Reports To : Program Manager

Wage : $25.95 - $29.76

Job Summary :

To provide direct care and support to the person in the resource you are assigned to and to ensure general upkeep and maintenance of the resource itself. Ensures the person’s physical, emotional social, educational, and medical needs are met. Assist the person served to enhance quality of life with activities of daily living and the development of life skills.

Qualifications : Education, Training & Experience

Key duties and responsibilities :

Training

You will participate in a comprehensive 11‑day training program, followed by three (3) shadow shifts designed to fully prepare you to support youth and adults in a safe, effective, and productive environment. Throughout your tenure, you'll have opportunities for internal growth, advancement, and continued professional development through additional training and education offered internally and by third‑party providers.
