What Youll Be Doing

• Drive Accounts Receivable Collections : Take ownership of collections, follow up with clients professionally, and find satisfaction in resolving challenges.
• Connect Operations and Finance : Collaborate with technicians and dispatch to ensure work orders are properly closed and invoiced.
• Partner with Sales : Streamline invoicing and collections processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure Accuracy and Speed : Generate and send precise invoices, process vendor invoices, and keep workflows moving.
• Maintain Financial Health : Reconcile accounts and credit cards, resolve discrepancies, and keep records clean and reliable.
• Support the Business : Assist with reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc requests that keep our decision-making sharp.
• Track Performance : Monitor KPIs and provide insights that help the team stay ahead of issues.
