Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior Dispatcher / Admin Coordinator. The Dispatcher / Admin Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching fire safety technicians to various locations for inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
They will also be responsible for managing and organizing administrative duties, such as maintaining records, invoicing, and customer communication.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using computer software and systems.
We are looking for a dynamic individual that is willing to help with day-to-day operations, but also be a key player in the overall expansion of the company.
What you will do.
- Provide administrative support to all the operations department, including scheduling, filing, invoicing and data entry.
- You will be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage dispatching and coordination of service technician’s schedule.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and customer information.
- Customer service representative for all walk-in customers
- Accounts Receivables
- Assist with other sales initiatives and marketing projects as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills
- Minimum 2 years Quickbooks accounting software experience.
- Minimum 2 years customer service or dispatcher skills
- Ability to lift over 45Lbs.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Interest / experience in all social media platforms
- Interest / experience in graphic design
- Sales experience
- Experience with Smart Service Scheduling software an asset but training is provided.
