AGF group is a Montreal based company with activities in now 10 countries. We specialize in rebar and have participated in many high-end projects like windmills, bridges, hospitals, sports complexes, commercial and residential buildings, and many other types of infrastructures.

This is a temporary position of 15 - 18 months to replace a maternity leave.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Ontario the Administrative Assistant supports the Senior Director as well as her team in multiple demands and administrative tasks.

She helps in planning and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, prepares reports and presentations and takes care of administrative responsibilities for the Markham office and more.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director and her team;
  • Manage calendars and assist with travel arrangements;
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, team building, and meetings for shops and offices;
  • Perform research, compile data, and prepare documents & presentations
  • Manage office access cards registrations, order office supplies and pick up mail;
  • Fulfill IT & cell phone requests for the team;
  • Produce general correspondence reports, create and maintain lists, files, and databases;
  • Complete business expense reports and manage credit card statements;
  • Organize and maintain information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature;
  • Manage corporate scorecards and KPI's;
  • Draft corporate memos and spreadsheets;
  • Performs any other additional administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of exeperience in a similar role ;
  • Professional diploma in administration or office / administrative assistant;
  • Great knowledge of MS Office;
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and have great team spirit;
  • Work 3 days / week at the office .
