The John Howard Society of Thunder Bay is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in a full-time role focused on supporting successful community reintegration. This position plays a vital role in helping individuals transition from correctional facilities back into the community by providing comprehensive case management and facilitating programs that promote stability, growth, and positive engagement.

As a Program Support & Recreation Case Manager, you will :

• Deliver individualized case management services to residents within the JHS Residence.
• Support program staff and coordinate both structured and recreational activities that foster personal development and community connection.
• Assist clients with system navigation and access to essential resources, reducing barriers to reintegration.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one sessions designed to build skills, resilience, and confidence.

Your work will directly contribute to reducing recidivism and supporting long-term success for individuals involved in the criminal legal system, making a meaningful impact on both clients and the broader community.
