Truck Driver – Long Haul (Class 1 License)

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is a leading distributors and wholesalers of Asian Food products from around the world.
To fulfill our operation needs, we are currently hiring for a Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver to make deliveries for our BC division.
Working Hours :
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, overtime as needed
- Availability for days to work : Thursday Sunday
- 10 hours per day
Responsibilities :
- Operate truck and Tractor trailer in a safe manner in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Deliver to Retail Market and Restaurant.
- Move goods inside customers premises. (kitchen / storage)
- Check inventory against invoices with customers.
- Collect Cheques and Cash where needed.
Requirements / Must-Haves :
- Class 1 driver’s license with clean driving abstract
- Ability to operate tractor trailer truck safely in accordance to standard operating procedures and motor vehicle Department rules and regulations
- Knowledge of Metro Vancouver area
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs
- Ability to communicate in English
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Assets / Nice-to-Haves :
At least 2 years experience operating tractor trailer trucks
