Suncoast Built is growing and seeking an enthusiastic entry-level professional to join our IT team. This hands-on role focuses on quality assurance, testing our internal tools and enhancements, creating user-friendly onboarding and training materials, and providing support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
Ideal for recent graduates or early-career individuals in IT / computer science who enjoy detail-oriented work, helping others, and learning new systems.
What Youll Do
- Create and maintain user-friendly onboarding & training materials : step-by-step guides, knowledge base articles, quick-reference docs, instructional videos, workshops, and hands-on sessions for internal tools
- Drive effective onboarding and change management : deliver training, run regular user check-ins, collect feedback, demonstrate tools, and boost adoption rates
- Provide frontline user support : troubleshoot basic issues, respond to inquiries quickly, perform proactive engagement check-ins, escalate complex problems, and monitor for high satisfaction and usage
- Conduct detailed QA testing : test code enhancements, features, updates, and integrations; document and track bugs / issues; collaborate for smooth, reliable rollouts
- Build and update the knowledge base : document processes, bugs, improvements, feedback, and lessons learned to support ongoing efficiency
- Contribute to process improvements : suggest / enhance QA protocols, documentation standards, support workflows, and change management practices; handle light admin IT tasks
What You Bring
Post-secondary diploma / degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related (or equivalent experience via internships / co- ops / projects / bootcamps / self -study).Hands-on exposure to QA / testing, IT / user support, technical writing, training / onboarding, or basic coding / scripting.Strong attention to detail, analytical / problem-solving skills.Excellent communication : Explain tech to non-tech users; create clear guides.Quick learner, proactive, independent yet collaborative.Eligible to work in Canada (full-time, Calgary-based).Basic coding (Python, JavaScript, etc.)Familiarity with Monday, Jira, AsanaExposure to QA methodologies, bug tracking, support ticketing, or certificationsWhat We Offer
