Bacaro (Michelin-recommended) is looking for a General Manager
Join Bacaro, a Michelin-recommended restaurant and wine bar, in our search for an experienced General Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate :
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar role
- Passionate about hospitality (recommended reading : 'Unreasonable Hospitality' by Will Guidara)
- Experience with ordering and inventory management
- Experience with scheduling and payroll
- Labour and cost of goods control experience
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine considered an asset (WSET is a plus!)
- Serving it Right required
- Foodsafe Level 1 required
