Position : Accounts Payable Specialist

Schedule : 37.5 hours / week ( hybrid)

Location : Ville St-Laurent

Salary range : $50 000-$70 000

We are a fast-growing digital aluminum printing company. Our team is super creative and we take good care of our customers.

We enter 2024 with a team of over 150 employees. We're expanding our team to keep pace with our production. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to report to our CFO.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate supplier invoices against purchase orders or other documents received from suppliers;
• Sort and automatically generate supplier invoices in the NetSuite system, ensuring data accuracy;
• Process payments to suppliers in Canadian and US banks and update ERP accordingly;
• Assist with bank reconciliation for all supplier payments;
• Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports;
• Contact suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues, ensuring that credit notes are correctly and promptly applied;

Participate in the monthly closing of Canadian and U.S. operations.

Qualifications

Diploma (DEP or DEC) with at least two years' experience in accounting

At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable;

Excellent accounting skills and knowledge of various accounting software (Oracle, SAP, ( asset)

Knowledge of various online banking platforms an asset

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, functional French ( 7 / 10)
