The Branch Replenishment Representative manages Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations, ensuring inventory levels are maintained to meet demand. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, this role prioritizes timely replenishment and delivering high-quality service to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with their needs.
• Assist the Branch Manager in managing assigned customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to take orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries with quotes and order confirmations.
• Process sales transactions and payments with precision and efficiency.
• Manage product returns and restock unsold or returned items in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming counter and pick-up area.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support evolving team, departmental, or organizational goals.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, actively maintain a safe work environment, and promptly report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
