Job summary – Mobile Mortgage Specialist

Vous recevrez une formation axée sur la vente qui vous permettra de renforcer vos compétences en vente et vos connaissances du crédit. Notre formation complète facilitera votre intégration à la culture d'entreprise axée sur les employés de la TD et à votre nouvelle équipe.

Pay & Commission

Base salary subject to variation based on skills and experience. This role is eligible for commission‑based earnings. The compensation structure allows progression through the salary range over time.

Responsibilities

Target brokers, builders, financial planners and other influence centers to generate referrals for mobile mortgage services.
Conduct joint sales calls and organize monthly coaching sessions with the sales director.
Use a dedicated sales management system to support your success and manage client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and work towards an unlimited commission potential.

Qualifications

Excellents antécédents en vente.

Esprit d’initiative et approche proactive et stratégique pour constituer sa clientèle.

Professionnel indépendant, autonome, avec un penchant pour l’établissement de nouvelles relations d’affaires sur un marché concurrentiel.

Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, service à la clientèle, réseautage et gestion des relations–clients.

Préférence pour les candidats connaissant les services bancaires de détail ou le processus d’approbation de crédit.

Études postsecondaires – atout.
