Our client avibrant distributor within the food industry is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Representative to join their team.

We would love to meet candidates with :
- Minimum 1 year experience within an accounting role (ideally Accounts Payable)
- Strong communication skills & team player
- Fluently billingual for communications outside Quebec
- Strong Excel skills
Role :
- Entering Supplier and Vendor Product Invoices
- Organizing Aging Reports in preparation for the payment run
- Following up with logistics and sales to make sure invoices have been approved for payment
- Vendor File maintenance
- Verify and Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Day-To-Day communication with vendors
