1468606 BC Ltd is serving customers with variety of authentic food in Taiwanese style. We are looking for 1 restaurant manager trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
