Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager with a background in municipal land development and infrastructure to join our Kamloops team. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of civil projects.

A Day in the Life

• Manage a variety of projects such as infrastructure upgrades and subdivision developments, including design and construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance to a team of EITs and designers to deliver preliminary to detailed design drawings and specifications
• Carry out estimates of project costs, analysis and calculations, design review, preparation of reports, proposals, and contract documentation
• Build business relationships with current and potential clients
• Interface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations
• Ensure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets to high quality standards
• Create a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues as they arise
