Clinical Specialist Eastern Canada

Medical Aesthetics

In this newly created role, you will manage all the clinical support operations with existing customers in Eastern Canada (50% travel is required).

This includes all aspects of customer support and education for new product installations, retraining with existing accounts as needed, clinical complaint management, field sales support, and running continuing education sessions, with the overall goal to help the company achieve sales and business objectives.

Bi-lingual French and English language is required.

  • Deliver on-site clinical training of equipment (laser / energy and surgical) and perform new installation and training sessions with all clinic staff using preapproved training presentations, guides, and resources highlighting approved treatment parameters and best practices.
  • Implement follow-up training to ensure and monitor efficacy, while developing physician(s) and staff advocates within each clinic.
  • Manage all clinical support operations with regards to reinforcing good clinical practice, investigating, and resolving clinical complaints, and maintaining sales organization education standards.
  • Support sales team efforts to drive sales of treatments and ensure accounts are performing the required internal and external promotions for device procedures.
  • Work with sales team when needed, i.e. clinical evaluations, demos, workshops, tradeshows or special industry events.
  • Support company and customer clinical research activities as a field clinical research liaison.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
  • Collaborate and maintain communication with Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director and sales team on all matters related to the territory.
  • Complete all clinical administrative responsibilities including, updating clinical account activities in CRM database.

Bi-lingual French and English language is required.

Candidates must possess a strong clinical background in Nursing (RN or NP), or Physician Assistant, (PA), or related license required with minimum of 3 years professional experience, cosmetic / aesthetic field is preferred.

Bi-lingual French and English language is required. You must have previous experience in a training role within a clinical practice including promoting procedures within the practice to maximize utilization and sales.

Compensation depends on experience including a salary of $110-150K plus annual bonus, car allowance and gas card, company health benefits, RSP, 3 weeks vacation.
