Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations) :

• File Shipment creation - data entry.
• Container / shipment internet tracking and tracing
• Container / Shipment tracking and tracing via telephone
• Follow-up on documents from Schenker’s overseas office.
• Provide shipment updates.
• Providing customer service.
• Clerical duties as assigned.

Salary range for this position : $35,970.90 - $43,866.90.
