Operations Consulting Project Manager

The ideal candidate has a proven results-oriented track record, has managed project teams of 2 or more people, is familiar with the design and implementation of Management Operating Systems, has excellent data analysis capabilities, has worked collaboratively with key client stakeholders, is accustomed to executing work according to well-defined implementation plans and schedules.

The successful candidate can adapt quickly to a constantly changing project environment, has strong technical capabilities, has demonstrated strong tactical skills and is familiar with and has applied recognized change management practices (PROSCI / ADKAR)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management Operations, Engineering, etc.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
• Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies. Has ability to develop evaluation and measurement methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
• In addition to providing client results, has identified, and delivered additional revenue opportunities in their role as Project Lead.

Preferred Skills and Capabilities

• Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material via Power Point.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written.
• Experience providing one on one training and coaching at supervisory and mid-management levels.
• Has worked in a coaching capacity with Senior and Executive Management.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills. Provides a growth and learning environment to their team. Focused on team building.
• Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean / Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
• Has a solid knowledge base and has worked with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS and ERP.
• Has a solid knowledge base and has worked in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
