The Opportunity A Role That Matters - Join WSP's Resources division (Industrial & Mining), a multidisciplinary group that delivers engineering, procurement, construction support, and project management services for major industrial and mining operators across Québec and Canada. You will contribute to designing and improving critical electrical and I&C systems for new facilities, plant upgrades, and operational expansions, directly shaping the future of mining and industrial infrastructure in the region.
Your Impact - Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to clarify needs and present technical concepts effectively.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and support accurate budget estimation for project planning.
- Lead the verification and preparation of tender documents, specifications, and technical deliverables.
- Supervise technicians and draftspeople contributing to multidisciplinary project execution.
- Support the project manager through coordination, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Contribute to developing plans, specifications, and details for electrical, industrial, mining, and institutional engineering projects.
- Perform related tasks necessary to support efficient and high-quality project delivery.
The Skills That Set You Apart - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical system design for industrial, mining, or institutional environments.
- Member in good standing with the OIQ.
- Experience in consulting engineering (asset).
- ASP Construction safety card; ability to travel occasionally.
- Demonstrated rigor, initiative, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, including bilingualism (English-French).

Compensation: - AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
- MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
