BGC Okanagan is hiring a Child Youth and Family Counsellor for our Integrated Family Development Program in Oliver the role the counselor provides direct support to caregivers and families helping them build skills and access resources that enhance family functioning and promote the well-being of young people. Key responsibilities include crisis intervention advocacy skill development and connecting families to community services. Counselors work collaboratively with families to create and implement individualized service plans while offering ongoing guidance and emotional support.
