Exciting Opportunity Alert : IT Program Manager at Zenex Partners
Are you an experienced IT Program Manager looking for your next challenge? Zenex Partners, a leading fintech client, is seeking a dynamic professional to manage and oversee critical IT programs.
If you have a knack for orchestrating complex projects and driving strategic initiatives, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT Programs consisting of multiple projects, developing program strategy, business case, and project plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects within budget while meeting strategic and business requirements.
- Integrate and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed to align with business needs.
- Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT and senior business leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that align with enterprise goals.
- Maintain efficiency in project management processes including planning, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Manage multiple cross-functional teams and projects across various sites and geographical locations.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, manage change effectively, and ensure accurate program information for stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and streamline operations.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in project management with a solid understanding of project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution.
- Proven skills in Risk and Issue Management.
Contract Details :
- Duration : 6 Months (extendable to 1 year)
- Rate : $75 CAD per hour
