We re in search of a multi-faceted Specialist, providing support to a group of 40+ AZ Drivers.
The Ideal Candidate’ comes from a customer service, human resources or dispatch background with 2 to 3 years’ experience working in the essential’ supply chain, distribution, logistics or transportation industries.
TRAINING : Will be on DAY SHIFT flexibility to train on DAY shift for up to 3 months
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain scheduling of various Driver activities : vacation, medical, co-ordinate training sessions, company social events
- New Hire Orientation, issue Corporate clothing / uniforms, track
- Go To’ resource : acting as an advocate and Ambassador providing support, process and procedural info, issue resolution, coaching empowerment to help them reach their personal best as successful members of a 400+ company Team
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma or Degree Business administration, Human Resources, Business / Finance / psychology or social sciences
- Clear communications skills, strong telephone presence, excellent listening skills, respectful and fair-minded’ inter-personal engagement
- Above-average time management, organizational skills and speed-of-service’ execution
