Description du poste

En tant que Directeur d’usine, vous serez responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects de notre usine, y compris les lignes de production automatisées, le respect de toutes les normes de qualité établies et l’utilisation de différents outils technologiques.

Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le maintien de l’excellence opérationnelle, le contrôle des coûts et l’optimisation de l’efficacité globale.

Responsabilités

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'usine afin d'atteindre les objectifs et indicateurs de performance clés organisationnels, financiers et opérationnels (qualité, sécurité alimentaire, santé et sécurité);
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les fournisseurs externes et les employés de maintenance et d’ingénierie pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques associés aux lignes de production;
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un programme de maintenance préventive;
  • Assurer la formation directe et le développement du personnel afin d'améliorer les performances de l'usine;
  • Superviser les niveaux de stock, en veillant à ce que les stocks soient optimaux pour répondre à la demande des clients (ceci implique de superviser et collaborer étroitement avec le responsable de l’approvisionnement / achats);
  • Utiliser les systèmes ERP et autres outils technologiques pour améliorer la planification de la production et l’allocation des ressources;
  • Coordonner les activités d’expédition et de réception pour garantir des livraisons précises et en temps voulu.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en gestion des opérations ou un autre domaine connexe;
  • Expérience dans la gestion d’usine, de préférence dans l’industrie alimentaire ou pharmaceutique;
  • Compréhension des équipements de production, avec une exposition aux compétences électromécaniques et de gestion de la maintenance en usine;
  • Expertise en matière d'amélioration continue et connaissance des processus de résolution systématique des problèmes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.);
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de la qualité tels que ISO 22000, GFSI, SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, ou des normes équivalentes;
  • Excellent leadership avec des compétences démontrées en communication et gestion d’équipe.

Job Description

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our factory, including automated production lines, adherence to all established quality standards, and the use of various technological tools.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, cost control, and overall efficiency optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily factory operations to achieve organizational, financial, and operational key performance indicators (quality, food safety, health, and security);
  • Collaborate closely with external suppliers and maintenance and engineering employees to quickly resolve technical issues associated with production lines;
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program;
  • Provide direct training and development of staff to enhance factory performance;
  • Supervise stock levels, ensuring optimal stocks to meet customer demand (this involves overseeing and collaborating closely with the procurement / purchasing manager);
  • Use ERP systems and other technological tools to improve production planning and resource allocation;
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or another related field;
  • Experience in plant management, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Understanding of production equipment, with exposure to electromechanical skills and factory maintenance management;
  • Expertise in continuous improvement and knowledge of systematic problem-solving processes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.);
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 22000, GFSI, SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, or equivalent standards;
  • Excellent leadership with demonstrated communication and team management skills.
