Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the afternoon shift team and collaborating with other divisions to ensure maximum production efficiency.

Key responsibilities include :

Implement and uphold LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

Foster a culture of process improvement and innovation within the production team.

Manage the afternoon shift production team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.

Collaborate with other divisions to optimize overall production output.

Identify opportunities to decrease costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Implement strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency.

Uphold and improve safety standards across the production process.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe working environment and promptly address any safety concerns.

Work collaboratively with the other production supervisors to improve overall output and team synergy.

Contribute to the long-term success of the company by growing with the organization.

Qualifications

What you bring :

3-5 years of experience in a production supervisor role.

Adaptability

LEAN certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of production processes, cost management, and KPI improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
